When you join the Dream Chasers Circle we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide it — your phone number, birthday month, and the interests you select. We also record where and how you joined (for example, which location or QR code) and basic technical details like your IP address and browser at the time you signed up, so we can show consent was given.

Dream Chasers owns its relationship with you directly. We use this information to recognize you across Dream Chasers touchpoints, send you the updates you asked for, and keep an accurate record of your consent choices. Point-of-sale and ordering systems process transactions; they are not our customer list.

Opt-out and suppression records are kept to prevent accidental re-subscription after imports or future integrations. Message logs are kept for compliance, debugging, and customer history.
